1. What we do
We introduce candidates to employers with open positions. We source, screen and shortlist candidates, arrange interviews, and support candidates through the joining process.
We are an intermediary. We are not the employer. The employer decides who to hire, sets the salary and terms of employment, and issues the offer letter and employment contract.
2. For candidates
- Our services are free. We will never ask you for a fee at any stage.
- You must give us accurate information about your experience, qualifications and documents. Providing false information may result in your application being withdrawn, or your employment being terminated by the employer.
- We share your profile with employers who have relevant openings, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We cannot guarantee that you will be selected, or that any particular job will be offered to you. Hiring decisions belong entirely to the employer.
- Salary ranges shown on this website are indicative. Your actual salary is decided by the employer.
- Once you join an employer, your terms of employment are between you and that employer.
3. For employers and client companies
- Our commercial terms, fees and replacement guarantees are agreed separately in writing before we begin work on a requirement.
- We screen candidates in good faith based on the information they provide and the checks we are able to carry out. Final background verification, document verification and the hiring decision remain your responsibility.
- You agree to use candidate information we share only for the purpose of evaluating that candidate for employment, and to keep it confidential.
- You agree to inform us of interview outcomes and joining status within a reasonable time so we can keep candidates informed.
4. Fair and lawful hiring
We do not accept requirements that discriminate unlawfully, that involve unsafe or illegal work, or that require candidates to pay any fee. We may decline or withdraw from any assignment that we believe would be unfair or unlawful to candidates.
5. Communication
We contact candidates and clients by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email about openings, interviews and joining formalities. You can stop receiving bulk messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us on +91 77601 12654.
6. Information on this website
We try to keep job listings, salary ranges and other details on this website accurate and current, but openings change frequently and information may become out of date. Nothing on this website is an offer of employment.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the conduct of any employer or candidate, for employment decisions made by an employer, or for any loss arising from a job that does not work out. Our responsibility is limited to providing the recruitment services described in these terms.
