5. Who we share it with
We share candidate profiles with employers and client companies for the purpose of hiring. We share only what is needed to consider you for a role.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
6. WhatsApp and SMS communication
We use WhatsApp and SMS to contact candidates about job openings, interviews and joining formalities. We message you only if you applied to us, shared your number with us, or otherwise agreed to hear from us.

We will add your number to our do-not-contact list and stop sending you bulk messages. We may still contact you individually about an application you are actively part of.
7. How long we keep it
We keep candidate information for as long as it is useful for matching you to jobs, and for a reasonable period after that in case a suitable role comes up. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
